Richard Crist 1936-Born in Oakmont, Pennsylvania and was raised in Cortland New York; is an Entrepreneur and Civil Engineer who founded DMC Holdings in 1987.
DMC has developed multiple Commercial and Residential Real Estate projects throughout the Tri-State Area.
In college, Mr. Crist established the Charter Membership of the University of Kentucky Construction Management Founders Society
Upon graduation he worked for the KY Dept of Highways in their Bridge Division
-Local President of the Jaycees
1982- President of Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors where he had been a Board Member for 11 years
President of the Northern Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers
- Awarded Outstanding Engineer in Contruction
In 2001- was on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, where he served as Chairman of the Board from 2006-2008.
2001- presented with Lifetime Achievement Award by Dept of Civil Engineering of University of Kentucky through the Construction Management Founders Society.

Inducted into the Kentucky Transportation Hall of Fame also in 2001.
Sheila Crist, BA, Juris Doctorate
Sheila is an American attorney and entrepreneur specializing in commercial and residential real estate development. She is a former model who also competed as a competitive equestrian for the majority of her life (English Seat). Outside of work Sheila’s interests include; Mountain Gorilla Preservation in Rwanda, sustainability, traveling to cities she has never seen, running/hiking, and connecting with new people.
